Dr Nikolai Goncharov is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association of Traumatologists and Orthopaedists of Russia. Moscow: Meril Life Sciences has become the first Indian manufacturer of high-tech implants for traumatology and orthopaedics to begin supply to Russia. The system of primary knee joint arthroplasty, entitled Freedom Total Knee, will be supplied to a number of medical institutions. It was presented to Russian doctors in February 2017 during their visit to India at Meril’s production site in Vapi, Gujarat.
