Dr Bipin Batra, executive director, National Board of Examinations (NBE) and Dr Prakash P Kotwal, professor and head of the orthopaedics department, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi have been honoured with the 26th T P Jhunjhunwala National Excellence Award for their outstanding contribution to the field of higher medical education and reconstructive orthopaedic surgery respectively.
