NEED OF HOUR:-due to paucity of quality human resources, the joining age and retirement age in AIIMS to be increased to 60 and 75 respectively, or else there will be beds without quality doctors.
as per promise by govt, before taking charge to have one AIIMS in each state., it further emphasizes ihe presence of quality human resources in premeire institutions.
