It is good to find that AIIMS will start at RAIBERELI, constituency of Chairman,UPA Madam Sonia Gandhi. AIIMS is the benchmark for medical institution and hospital for quality research, education, health care services.May i have the honour to draw attention of Charman UPA that each state should have at least one AIIMS like institution in the country. Can she suggest this fact to Hon’able Prime Minister for implementation.
