New Delhi: Delhi Medical Association has honoured Dr Anurag Krishna, director, paediatrics and paediatric surgery, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket and Dr Mohan Nair, director, electrophysiology and arrhythmia services, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj with a Vishisht Chikitsa Ratan Award for their outstanding contribution to the medical profession and the society at large.
Dr Krishna and Dr Nair received the award from Tejendra Khanna, Lt Governor, Delhi during a special programme hosted on the occasion of Doctors’ Day, which is observed on July 1 in the memory of late Dr B C Roy, an eminent medical stalwart who dedicated his life to the service of mankind.
“It makes me very happy to award Dr Krishna and Dr Nair and recognise their contribution to not only the medical profession but the society at large.
