“The MoU aims to bring both partners to promote and carry out educational and research activities in health sciences,” Apollo Hospitals said in a release on Saturday.
The MoU was signed by Shobana Kamineni, executive director (new initiatives), Apollo Hospitals and by Professor Michael Worton, vice provost (academic and international), University College of London, early this month in London.
“This collaboration will significantly enhance training programme and research carried out in priority areas of relevance in India,” Shobana Kamineni said.
University College, London, a multi-disciplinary university, has over 4,000 academic and research staff, including 21 Nobel Prize winners as its faculty, the release added. [Source: IANS]
