Sir Ganga Ram Hospital receives CII-Exim Bank Award for Business Excellence

New Delhi: Sir Ganga Ram Hospital has received the CII-Exim Bank Award for Business Excellence 2011 for its “Strong Commitment To Excel”. The award was received by Dr D S Rana, chairman, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital from N Santosh Hegde, former Lokayukta, Karnataka at the National Quality Summit organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Bangalore on December 1.

CII and Export Import Bank of India jointly established the CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence in 1994 with the aim of enhancing the competitiveness of India Inc. The award is based on the internationally recognised EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model, which provides a holistic management framework to organisations to achieve excellence.
